Welcome to Family First Alert LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MG Mini Pendant medical monitoring service (“Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Overview
Family First Alert LLC provides a personal medical monitoring service via the MG Mini Pendant. The device connects users to emergency operators and provides location tracking and activity updates.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis.

You will be billed automatically each month until you cancel.

Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Customers may request a refund by contacting us directly. We will review each request individually and notify you of our decision.

Device Ownership
Customers own the MG Mini Pendant device upon purchase. However, a rebate may be offered if the device is returned upon cancellation of service. The amount and conditions of the rebate are determined at Family First Alert LLC’s sole discretion.

Service Limitations
Coverage is dependent on availability of 4G LTE networks (AT&T and Verizon).

GPS accuracy and emergency response times may vary based on location and environmental factors.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical issues.

Liability Disclaimer
Family First Alert LLC does not guarantee the prevention of injury, harm, or death, and is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Delays or failures in emergency response

Inaccurate location tracking

Cellular or GPS signal interruptions

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or sent via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
